So it sounds like the siblings have bonded. I received this e-mail from the wife today . . .
Buckley has pretty much been guarding the bedroom all day long. He was sleeping on his bed, and then moved over to my side later in the day. Sean came over to the bedroom and Buckley growled at him, just a little until he realized who it was. Awesome.
Sounds like Annabelle has her big "brother" tied around her little finger . . .
Photos of teeth-barring-protective-goodness to follow . . . .
Life is good.
Life with a big Dawg is better . . .

I agree big dawgs are better! As you stated - "alarm systems can't detect a suspicious sound outside and warn off potential intruders with a low rumbling growl that will send shivers up your spine" they have - "a body full of muscle and jaws full of bone-crushing teeth." There is something to be said for that! I LOVE it when they are protective of the babies in the house! Good boy Buckley!
Life is definitely good with a dawg. Buckley has an impressive bark and will make a fine big brother. Good boy.
He was pacing the house when Daddy decided he was going to feed Annie. They were both gone and he heard crying in the other room. Very unnerved. So cute.
I want to BE Buckley!
