37-74% German Shepherd (the long tail and long torso)
20-36% Siberian Husky (the white fur and long legs)
10-19% Chinese Shar-Pei (the slightly slack jaws and extra skin around the face as well as the shape of the rib cage and haunches)
Less than 10% Collie (the long nose and close-set eyes)
Less than 10% Miniature Pinscher (I always thought he had a little Min-Pin in him but I assumed it was just caught in his throat . . .)
The winner of the contest is Ryan Kessler of San Diego, California for being the only person to guess German Shepherd (the main breed). Ryan will be receiving a dawggie-graphed 8X10 photo of the world's greatest dawg as his prize.Thank you to all who played!
I still say he is 100% Slack-jawed, brown-spotted, North-American Beezer - a one of a kind.

Looks like you got yourself a loyal, wise, super-hero sledding dawg!
German Shepherd's are very loyal dawgs also used as rescue dawgs as well as you know... police dawgs...
Siberian Husky's are sleddin' dawgs. Maybe you find a cute sled to hook up to Buckley for Annie Lu to sit in!
As for the Chinese Shar-Pei... well, maybe Buckley is actually Confucius reincarnated: "The superior dawg is modest in his speech, but exceeds in his actions."
Collie (this one is obvious so I will skip it) *cough*{LASSIE}*cough*
And a Min-Pin(ch) to grow an inch!
HA!

I would like to thank the academy and the only OCD dog owner in the world that would swab his dog's mouth because he is so desperate to find out his mutt's breed when it really serves no intrinsic value.
How'd he get spots? I was bettin on some sort of Spaniel, Like a Brittany Spaniel or Aussie Shepherd cuz of the Spots. That's cool that you can get that done though.
And isn't he a cute one!
