"Doctors are just human. I was told my son would have Downs Syndrome. When my Dad was in his 40's he was told he had 3 months to live. And just recently my dear friend whose husband was in the hospital for several months, and not awake for much of the time, was told her husband was brain dead. He is now home, perfectly alert, and getting better every day. Just in the last 7 years of my son's life I've noticed that doctors don't always agree on the best way to treat and care for children."
